•  After booking your appointment, please contact us with photos of your brows and full face to ensure the best results. Send your photos via message to 813-358-8897, along with your full name and appointment date.

To secure your appointment, a  deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hoursin advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeited deposit, with no refund provided.

Important Policy Regarding Touch-Ups : If a client has had their initial session with us but received a touch-up from another artist that did not meet expectations, and they return to us for further work, we may need to charge the full correction fee of $550.  The final cost will depend on the extent of the issue, as we cannot guarantee results when working with pigments or techniques from other artists. In some cases, if the condition of the brows is too compromised, we reserve the right to decline the service in order to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.  Our priority is to deliver the highest quality results, ensuring that your brows are beautiful, safe, and natural.
